Ardenwald Holiday Potluck

img_potluck2009The monthly Ardenwald-Johnson Creek Neighborhood Association Holiday Potluck is coming up on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, 6:30 p.m. at the Ardenwald Elementary School (8950 S.E. 36th Ave., Milwaukie) in the cafeteria.

Every year the Neighborhood Association holds the Holiday Potluck party.  It’s a great time for residents and neighbors to get together and socialize with Neighborhood leaders and residents in a causal setting.

The holiday potluck is held in lieu of our regular neighborhood meeting.  The next regular neighborhood meeting is Tuesday, January 12, 2010.

Everyone is invited to attend the Holiday Potluck.  If you like to bring food or non-alcoholic beverages, please contact Lisa Gunion-Rinker at rinker@hevanet.com or call (503) 659-7807.

Regular neighborhood meetings are held on the second Tuesdays of each month, except in July and August. Pizza slices and soft beverages are provided at the regular neighborhood meetings.

Join the neighborhood transportation discussion

img_max_trainTransportation chairman Michole Jensen has set up a discussion forum through Google Groups for the public to participate in the neighborhood’s transportation discussions.

The focus will start with issues regarding S.E. Johnson Creek Boulevard and the Portland-Milwaukie light rail.

Remarks should be focused and short but also comprehensive.   Anyone can start a discussion in the forum.

To join the discussion, go to the JCBNeighbors page.  You will need a Google account (GMail and Blogger account login should also work) to sign in and post a comment.
