Milwaukie will be hosting a kick-off meeting on Feb. 6 for the Sellwood-Milwaukie Sunday Parkways event scheduled for Oct. 2. If you are interested in learning how to bike, walk, roll, participate, or volunteer, please attend this kick-off meeting at City Hall, 10722 SE Main St.
Oregon Department of Transportation is holding an online open house through February 18, 2016. You can participate at the link here. You’ll find space to take notes as you browse the various chapters, learning about the process of developing the plan, the essentials of walking and biking, policies and strategies for achieving the goals of the plan, funding, implementation, and an opportunity to provide your feedback to ODOT on the plan.

The property owner of Eastmoreland Racquet Club has blocked Springwater Trail access between S.E. Berkley Way and the west of S.E. 37th Ave. trailhead near Tideman Johnson Park. Gates have been installed on the lower bridge crossing Johnson Creek.
Trail users from S.E. Tacoma St. in the Ardenwald neighborhood can use the trailhead at S.E. 28th Ave. and S.E. Sherret St. Trail access from Sellwood neighborhood can access the trail at S.E. 19th Ave. and S.E. Ochoco St.
