Ardenwald Park
Located on SE Roswell St. across from Ardenwald Elementary, this little park features a picnic table, a shelter, and a play area. Ardenwald Park is also the site of the neighborhood’s Summer Concerts held in August.
Balfour Park
Balfour Park on SE Balfour St. is in its planning stage. The park is proposed to feature natural landscape, walking path, and a natural play area. A date for opening has not been set. The Neighborhood is accepting donations to help fund the development of this community park.
Tideman Johnson Park
Part of the Portland Parks & Recreation, this natural area is nested inside the Johnson Creek canyon at the north end of the neighborhood, and along the Springwater Corridor Trail. Trailheads are located at SE 28th Ave., SE 37th Ave. and SE 45th Ave. Parking is available at SE 45th Ave. trailhead.
Water Tower Park
Probably the easiest park to find with the towering green water tower at SE 40th Ave. and SE Harvey St., this park features a play area and a basketball court.
