The AJC Arts Committee was formed to inspire local public art (such as paintings and murals, sculptures, and performing arts) throughout the neighborhood and in the community. The Committee serves as a liaison between the neighborhood and both Milwaukie’s Arts Committee and Portland’s Office of Arts & Culture to coordinate public arts initiatives and information between AJC and its city governments.
