Celebrate the start of construction for Ardenwald’s own Balfour Park, plus Bowman-Brae and Scott Parks! Neighbors have spent 10+ YEARS fundraising and planning for these parks, so do come and raise a glass (or a paper cup, anyway) to these efforts coming to fruition! There will be brief remarks, a kick-off ceremony, yard games, and refreshments.
Though this event is to celebrate all three parks, it is happening specifically at Balfour Park (3039 SE Balfour St., Milwaukie), 10am – 11:30am on Saturday, March 9. Please note that parking near Balfour Park is limited; carpooling, bicycling, or walking to the event is encouraged.
