The Johnson Creek Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) Committee members meet quarterly with the facility administrator and staff for briefings under the terms defined in the Good Neighbor Agreement. The 4,000 square-foot house was built in 2009 on an R-7 residential zone property at the west end of SE Balfour St. and opened in February 2010.

- A Good Neighbor meeting was held on May 16, 2017. Bryan Dorr has resigned from the subcommittee as of May 23, 2017.
- The next JCSRTF Good Neighbor meeting date is to be determined.
