About 30 riders in the Bike Milwaukie bicycle ride stopped by the future Balfour Park on Sunday afternoon.
Lisa Gunion-Rinker, Ardenwald’s chair for Balfour Park Committee and a current member of Milwaukie’s Parks and Recreation Board, served cookies and juice to riders while providing updates on the future neighborhood park on SE Balfour St.
Bike Milwaukie riders toured several undeveloped and developed parks within the City of Milwaukie on this Sunday’s ride. The monthly community rides usually begins at Milwaukie City Hall and is usually an easy pace.
