From the Portland Police Bureau:
The Milwaukie Police Department, in coordination with Portland Police, is asking the public for help in locating 70-year-old Charles Edward Johnson, a Portland resident, who was last seen at Providence Milwaukie Hospital on August 2, 2014, at 10:20 a.m. Mr. Johnson left the hospital and has not returned to his southeast Portland residence.
Mr. Johnson is described as 6’3″ tall, and weighs about 190 pounds. He has short, graying hair and a beard. He may be wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing knee-high khaki shorts, a white T-shirt and a black jacket.
It is possible Mr. Johnson may appear confused or disorientated. He takes medication on a daily basis.
Anyone seeing Mr. Johnson is asked to call 9-1-1. Anyone with non-emergency information is asked to contact the Milwaukie Police Department.
