As a fundraiser for the North Clackamas Watersheds Council and the much-yearned-for completion of Milwaukie Bay Park, the Annual Duck Race is coming up on Saturday, July 12 at 5pm, at the tail end of Day 2 of Milwaukie Fest! Rest assured that actual ducks aren’t getting conscripted into our tawdry entertainment; this is a race of purely rubber ducks to the mouth of Kellogg Creek. The winner gets a whooping $150 prize, followed by $100 for runner-up and $50 for 3rd place.
To enter the race, come to the Milwaukie Farmers Market and buy your ticket from the Milwaukie Parks Foundation booth, and we’ll see you at the starting line!
