Fireworks Use Ban in Effect for Portland and Milwaukie

Fireworks use ban went into effect on Tuesday for both city of Portland and Milwaukie, which affects the entire Ardenwald neighborhood in both Portland and Milwaukie, due to unusually hot weather and fire risk.

Both cities stress to not call 9-1-1 to report use of fireworks. Call 9-1-1 only if there is a serious threat to life or property.
