What You Can Expect Over the Next Few Weeks
Construction continues on all streets within the project area. Crews are completing grading, curb preparation, concrete pouring, and asphalt paving.
Please note that the schedule is subject to change.
Concrete Pouring Schedule
- On Harvey Street and on SE 42nd Avenue:
- Crews are scheduled to pour sidewalks and driveways on August 13.
- Driveway demolishing and grading is scheduled for August 3 – August 11.
Grinding and Asphalt Paving Schedule
The following paving activities are currently planned:
- SE 33rd Avenue and SE Sherry Lane: Paving will occur the week of August 10.
- SE 42nd Avenue, Wake Court, and SE 41st Avenue:
- Grinding: August 3-6
- Paving: August 7-11
- SE Harvey Street:
- Grinding: August 10-11
- Paving: August 13-17
Residents will continue to have access to their property throughout construction. The crew will be knocking on doors and leaving door hanger notices about any driveway work affecting residents.
