The Planning Commission will discuss a 5-story height variance requested by The Monroe Street Apartments, a 234-unit apartment complex on the 7+ acre McFarland site located behind the Milwaukie Market Place. This Ardenwald-Johnson Creek neighborhood apartment complex will include a clubhouse, a bike/pedestrian pathway through the site, and parking both inside the complex and on-street. Be there if you can to observe discussion and provide feedback about this project to the planning commission.
