The Ardenwald-Johnson Creek Neighborhood Association is seeking public comment about the proposed community park on SE Balfour Street in Milwaukie.
The draft concept plan is just to help people give an idea of some of the features the park may have, but it is also helps start a fundraising process for the park’s master plan.
