The Ardenwald School community will participate in International Walk or Bike to School Day on Wednesday, October 7th, at 7:15 am with a new additional start location because of school redistricting this year.
Students east of Ardenwald School will meet at Roswell Market at the corner of SE 42nd Ave. and SE Roswell St. Students west of Ardenwald School will meet at Lisac’s Stove at the corner of SE 32nd Ave. and SE Boyd Street.
The start time is also earlier this year because of the school’s new hours.
Residents and Ardenwald School students will join over 4 million students, parents and faculty around the world in actively getting to and from school. The event will help to enhance the health of our children, improve the health of the community and promote neighborhood livability.
The Neighborhood hope to use this event to jump-start an active walking and biking commute throughout the year.
