Improvement works has started on SE 42nd and SE 43rd Avenues this week.
Work on SE 42nd Ave. will include reconstructing ramps to be ADA accessible; adding bike symbols, speed humps, and curb extensions; and sewer repair and replacements between Fieldcrest Ave. and Olsen St.
The construction will require street closures and detours.
Work completion is expected by July 2022.
