The property owner of Eastmoreland Racquet Club has blocked Springwater Trail access between S.E. Berkley Way and the west of S.E. 37th Ave. trailhead near Tideman Johnson Park. Gates have been installed on the lower bridge crossing Johnson Creek.
Trail users from S.E. Tacoma St. in the Ardenwald neighborhood can use the trailhead at S.E. 28th Ave. and S.E. Sherret St. Trail access from Sellwood neighborhood can access the trail at S.E. 19th Ave. and S.E. Ochoco St.
