Access to and from the Tacoma St. ramp at northbound SE McLoughlin Blvd. (Ore. 99E) will be closed for the next three Saturdays, March 1, 8, and 15 for light rail bridge work. Traffic heading northbound 99E from Tacoma St. (Tenino St. viaduct) will be detoured to SE 17th Ave. and SE Ochoco St.
